A handful of dining spots and skyline views are just a couple of the NH Collection Dubai The Palm's calling cards.

The iconic Palm Jumeirah is the setting for NH's first foray into Dubai, and they've picked a first-class plot for it. Palm West Beach sits on one side of the hotel and the enormous Nakheel Mall sits on the other.

There's no shortage of highlights at the hotel either. A rooftop infinity pool's the main attraction, and there's a whole handful of bars and restaurants to try out, too.
